Tub dreptunghiular:Un tub dreptunghiular este un tub de oțel ușor dreptunghiular cu secțiune transversală, cu pereți subțiri, adică un tub de oțel cu lungimi laterale inegale. Structura sa este simplă și stabilă și are o capacitate portantă mare. Specificațiile tuburilor pătrate sunt de obicei exprimate în termeni de lungime a laturii și grosimea peretelui.
Tuburile dreptunghiulare sunt împărțite în fără sudură și sudate. Tuburile dreptunghiulare fără sudură sunt formate prin perforarea și extrudarea tuburilor rotunde fără sudură. Tuburile dreptunghiulare sudate sunt laminate din bandă de oțel prin proces de tratare. În general, banda de oțel este dezambalată, aplatizată, ondulată și sudată pentru a forma un tub rotund. Tubul rotund este apoi rulat într-un tub dreptunghiular și apoi tăiat la lungimea necesară.
Caracteristicile tubului dreptunghiular:
Rezistență ridicată: tuburile dreptunghiulare au rezistențe ridicate la tracțiune, compresiune și încovoiere, pot rezista la sarcini și presiuni mari și sunt potrivite pentru realizarea diferitelor piese structurale.
Stabilitate bună: tubul dreptunghiular are o precizie dimensională ridicată, o structură stabilă și nu este ușor de deformat, ceea ce poate asigura că produsele procesate au precizie și stabilitate ridicate.
Rezistență bună la coroziune: După tratarea suprafeței, cum ar fi galvanizarea și pulverizarea plasticului, țeava dreptunghiulară are o rezistență bună la coroziune și se poate adapta la diferite medii complexe.
Cost scăzut: costul de producție al tuburilor dreptunghiulare este scăzut, ușor de procesat și potrivit pentru producția și aplicarea pe scară largă.
